1. Who we are

Signature Medicine is a concierge internal medicine practice owned and operated by Ashish Sitapara, MD, FACP, located at 770 Newtown-Yardley Rd, Suite 220, Newtown, PA 18940. You can reach us at (215) 968-4804 or info@signaturemedicinemd.com.

2. The Site is informational — not medical advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information on the Site does not create a physician–patient relationship. A physician–patient relationship with Signature Medicine is established only after enrollment as a member and an in-person visit with Dr. Sitapara. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. For non-emergency medical questions, members should call our office during business hours or use the 24/7 member line.

3. Membership terms are separate

Membership in Signature Medicine is governed by a separate written agreement provided at enrollment. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of, or modification to, that agreement. Annual membership fees, scope of services, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in the membership agreement, not on this Site.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any connected systems.
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Submit content through any form on the Site that is false, misleading, or impersonates another person.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, logos, partner trademarks shown on the Member Benefits page, design, and code — is the property of Signature Medicine or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, redistribution, or modification requires our written permission.

6. Third-party links and partners

The Site links to third parties — including patient portals, payment processors, and the partner organizations listed on the Member Benefits page (Prenuvo, Galleri, Natera, MyOme, New Amsterdam Genomics, Empower Sleep, InBody, Medjet). Those third parties operate independently. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Forms and communications submitted through the Site

When you submit a contact form or consultation request, we use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to schedule a consultation. Web-form submissions are not a secure channel for sensitive medical information; please do not submit detailed clinical history through web forms. 8. No warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Medicine, its physicians, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
