Physician

Full-time

Board-certified family medicine or internal medicine physician for an adult primary care concierge practice.

Are you a board-certified physician in family medicine or internal medicine who values personal, collaborative, and long-term relationships with your patients? Join a team committed to delivering elevated healthcare at Signature Medicine, a membership-based concierge practice in Newtown, PA, serving Bucks County. This is a primary care role with an adult panel, and most of the day is the continuity primary care you trained for.

We still bill insurance, so patients keep the coverage they already have. What the membership changes is the pace of the work. Free from the pressures and limitations of treadmill-style, volume-driven primary care, this practice is built on long personal relationships between patients and physicians. Dr. Sitapara caps his panel at 300 patients, against the 2,000 to 3,000 a typical Bucks County primary care physician carries, and visits run 30 to 60 minutes rather than 15.

We are focused on prevention, longevity, and optimization, and we attract like-minded patients who are open to making lifestyle changes to improve their health outcomes. We have access to a peer network of best-in-class specialists to refer patients to and to collaborate with. Our patients trust us, and we are their first point of care in every aspect of their healthcare journey. Our commitment to relationships, convenience, and innovation is what sets us apart.

If you are looking for a membership-based concierge practice where you can elevate care and collaborate with an innovative team of physicians, we would love to hear from you.

Patient Experience & Coordination

Medical Receptionist

Full-time

Front-desk receptionist who is the first voice and the first face our members meet.

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our members, in person and on the phone. This role greets arriving patients, manages the daily schedule, answers and routes incoming calls, confirms upcoming appointments, verifies demographic and insurance information at check-in, collects any payment due, and keeps the front of the office calm and organized through the clinic day.

Because Signature Medicine is a membership practice, the front desk is part of the care experience rather than a queue to get through. The receptionist works alongside the physician and clinical staff to keep visits running on time, to route anything urgent to the right person immediately, and to make sure every member is recognized and expected when they walk in.

The ideal candidate is warm, discreet, and organized, communicates clearly on the phone and in writing, and handles protected health information with care. Comfort with an electronic health record and with scheduling software matters; the practice runs on eClinicalWorks.

Living in Newtown

The practice sits in Newtown, a colonial-era town in Bucks County that still has a working Main Street and the scale to match it. The Delaware River is about fifteen minutes east at Washington Crossing. New Hope is a short drive up the river road, and this spring it was named one of the best small towns in the Northeast by USA TODAY 10Best. Princeton is roughly half an hour across the river.

People move here and stay. Newtown Borough and Newtown Township are served by the Council Rock School District, which runs ten elementary schools and two high schools across Newtown, Northampton, Upper Makefield, and Wrightstown.

You are not giving up the cities to be here. Philadelphia is about 45 minutes by car. New York is about 90 minutes, or you can leave the car at Trenton Transit Center, about twenty minutes away, and take the NJ Transit Northeast Corridor line straight into Penn Station. SEPTA regional rail runs into Center City from Yardley and Woodbourne, and I-295 and US 1 are both close.

We know what this practice is competing with. City systems pay more, and a good deal of what they buy with it is your evenings and your weekends. If the trade you want is a smaller panel, real control of your schedule, and a town you would actually raise a family in, this is the job.
