What does membership cost?
Membership fees are discussed during your consultation and are based on the level of care and services appropriate for you. We'll clearly review membership options and what's included before you decide whether Signature Medicine is the right fit. Membership covers your access to your Signature Medicine physician, extended appointments, 24/7 availability, care coordination, and access to all care pathways. Do you accept insurance?
Yes. The annual membership fee covers enhanced access and services. For office visits, labs, and procedures, we bill your insurance as usual.
Are services like weight loss or hormone therapy extra?
Access to all care pathways is included in your membership. The consultations, monitoring, and your Signature Medicine physician’s guidance are covered. Medications (like GLP-1s) and specialized lab work may have separate costs depending on your insurance coverage.
How is this different from MDVIP?
MDVIP is a national membership-based primary care network. Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Charlesbank acquired shared control of MDVIP in 2021, and MDVIP states that its affiliated physicians remain independent and run their own practices. Signature Medicine is locally owned by founder Dr. Ashish Sitapara and participates in the Private Physicians Alliance while remaining independently owned.
What areas do you serve?
We’re located in Newtown, PA and serve patients throughout Bucks County, including Yardley, Langhorne, Doylestown, Washington Crossing, New Hope, and surrounding communities. Some members drive from Philadelphia and Princeton for Dr. Sitapara’s care.
Can my whole family join?
Absolutely. We care for adults of all ages. Many of our members have been with us for years, and we’ve watched their families grow. Membership options for each family member are reviewed during your consultation.
